Reactive Non-acidic tissue can be used with or without dope. Standard practice is to apply the tissue by painting the airframe with thinned PVA or wood glue.
Once dry trim to shape.
Apply a watered-down wash of PVA glue and water to the tissue to tighten to airframe. Repeat with a thicker PVA / water wash.
Can also be used with traditional dopes.
